50/SA, 70/SA Monochannel

Semi-automatic bagging machine, for EPS, ABS, P.E., or P.P. thermoformed trays. Products are manually loaded by an operator.


Strengths

  • programmed pusher to optimise the operator work.
  • optical barriers, for operator’s total safety
  • twin-lane version, to employ two operators per machine, doubling the production speed.
The automatic cycle is initiated and controlled by photo electric cell light barrier. Also available: product support “brush units” option for twin lane products infeed.

The bagged product is discharged at the end of the cycle, via pneumatically controlled side pusher.
